Mohamed Al-Saffar

Founder | Attorney before the Court of Cassation and Constitutional Court | Accredited Arbitrator

With over 18 years of legal experience, Mr. Al-Saffar is licensed to practice before all judicial bodies in the Kingdom of Bahrain, including the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court. He is also an accredited arbitrator certified by the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs, and Endowments. His professional practice combines litigation and arbitration experience with academic qualifications in commercial dispute resolution, enabling him to provide strategic and precise legal solutions for both individuals and corporate clients.

 


Ali Al-Saeed

Managing Director

Bringing over 15 years of combined legal and administrative expertise, Mr. Al-Saeed holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Law. He oversees legal and regulatory affairs, governance and compliance enhancement, administrative structuring, and institutional relations, in addition to managing strategic clients—strengthening the firm’s position and supporting business continuity. 

Ali Al-Ali

Head of Litigation

With more than 8 years of experience in litigation, Mr. Al-Ali specializes in real estate disputes and homeowners’ association matters. He manages complex court cases, drafts legal submissions, represents clients before judicial authorities, and provides specialized legal consultations. 

Hussain Jaafar Hussain Al-Aboud

Trainee Lawyer

A licensed lawyer by the Ministry of Justice in the Kingdom of Bahrain, holding a bachelor’s degree in law. He demonstrates precision and diligence, supporting the litigation team in insurance-related disputes, legal drafting, contract review, and advanced legal research. 

Mohamed Jassim Al-Shakhouri

Legal Assistant

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Bahrain, Mr. Al-Shakhouri is one of the firm’s promising legal talents. He assists in legal research and prepares legal and administrative documents related to litigation files.
