Mohamed Al-Saffar

Founder of the Firm / Lawyer Before the Court of Cassation / Certified Arbitrator / Licensed Private Enforcement Officer

With over 18 years of legal experience, Mr. Al-Saffar is licensed to practice before all judicial bodies in the Kingdom of Bahrain, including the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court. He is also an accredited arbitrator certified by the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs, and Endowments. His professional practice combines litigation and arbitration experience with academic qualifications in commercial dispute resolution, enabling him to provide strategic and precise legal solutions for both individuals and corporate clients.

 


Ali Al-Saeed

Head of Corporate and Business Department / Licensed Private Enforcement Officer

With over 15 years of legal and administrative experience and a Master's degree in Commercial Law, he oversees the firm's legal and regulatory affairs, corporate governance and compliance, organizational development, and strategic client relations, contributing to the firm's continued growth and success.

Ali Al-Ali

Head of Litigation

With more than 8 years of experience in litigation, Mr. Al-Ali specializes in real estate disputes and homeowners’ association matters. He manages complex court cases, drafts legal submissions, represents clients before judicial authorities, and provides specialized legal consultations. 

Hussain Jaafar Hussain Al-Aboud

Lawyer

A licensed lawyer by the Ministry of Justice in the Kingdom of Bahrain, holding a bachelor’s degree in law. He demonstrates precision and diligence, supporting the litigation team in insurance-related disputes, legal drafting, contract review, and advanced legal research. 

Mohamed Jassim Al-Shakhouri

Lawyer

A lawyer holding a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Bahrain. He supports the firm's legal work through legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and assisting with litigation and administrative procedures.

Said Ahmed Shubbar

A Lawyer and Licensed Private Enforcement Officer practicing since 2022, specializing in legal claims, enforcement proceedings, criminal cases, and advocacy before Sharia courts. He has practical experience in debt recovery, execution procedures, and representing clients in criminal and Sharia matters.

Trademark & IP Specialist

With over 20 years of administrative experience in the banking and corporate sectors, he leads the firm's Trademarks and Intellectual Property Department, overseeing trademark registration, intellectual property protection, and client relations to ensure efficient case management and high-quality service.
