Mohamed Al-Saffar

Founder of the Firm / Lawyer Before the Court of Cassation / Certified Arbitrator / Licensed Private Enforcement Officer

With over 18 years of legal experience, Mr. Al-Saffar is licensed to practice before all judicial bodies in the Kingdom of Bahrain, including the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court. He is also an accredited arbitrator certified by the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs, and Endowments. His professional practice combines litigation and arbitration experience with academic qualifications in commercial dispute resolution, enabling him to provide strategic and precise legal solutions for both individuals and corporate clients.

 


Ali Al-Ali

Head of Litigation

With more than 8 years of experience in litigation, Mr. Al-Ali specializes in real estate disputes and homeowners’ association matters. He manages complex court cases, drafts legal submissions, represents clients before judicial authorities, and provides specialized legal consultations. 

Hussain Jaafar Hussain Al-Aboud

Lawyer

A licensed lawyer by the Ministry of Justice in the Kingdom of Bahrain, holding a bachelor’s degree in law. He demonstrates precision and diligence, supporting the litigation team in insurance-related disputes, legal drafting, contract review, and advanced legal research. 

Mohamed Jassim Al-Shakhouri

A lawyer holding a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Bahrain. He supports the firm's legal work through legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and assisting with litigation and administrative procedures.

Ali Najeeb

Trademark & IP Specialist

He has more than twenty years of administrative experience in the banking sector and corporate management, with a practical focus on supporting intellectual property and trademark services. He handles the administrative and procedural aspects related to trademark registration and the protection of intellectual property rights, and coordinates with clients and relevant authorities, contributing to the proper organization of files and enhancing the quality of service provided in this field.

Said Ahmed Shubbar

Lawyer / Licensed Private Enforcement Officer

Attorney and Private Executor, practicing in the legal field since 2022. He has practical experience in legal claims, enforcement procedures, criminal cases, and family law matters. He handles claims and the recovery of rights through legal procedures, and follows up on enforcement files before the competent authorities, reflecting practical familiarity with judicial and enforcement procedures and litigation pathways.
